This is a great Slow Cooker Recipe. Rump Roast is my favorite roast. It is very lean, with very little fat. Put this together in the morning, and you will have a delicious supper. Leftovers are fabulous, and it freezes well.

You will need:
1 – 3lb. beef Rump roast
3 Tablespoons flour
1 (15-oz) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. vadalia onions, chopped
1/3 cup packed Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon beef bouillon
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard
12 crispy rolls or buns
Roll the roast in flour. Mix next 8 ingredients in crock pot. Add roast. Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 6 hours. Pull apart with fork & Serve on toasted buns.
