It doesn’t get any easier than this! I had a primary song practice today, & needed to take a little treat. I decided to try these Rolo Pecan Cookies, and I’m glad I did. They are so easy & delicious. They were completely gone in seconds!
ROLO PECAN COOKIES
You will need only 3 ingredients:
1 bag of small Pretzel twists
2 packages of Rolos Candies
A bag of Pecans
You could also use almonds, hazelnuts, etc.
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with foil. Spread pretzels over foil, in one even layer.
Add one Rolo to each mini pretzel.
Now Bake for 4 minutes at 250 degrees.
Remove from oven, and immediately add a pecan to the top of the rolo,
squishing down slightly.
Let the pan of cookies cool slightly, then place in refrigerator just until chocolate is set.
About 10 minutes.
Remove from pan & store ooey-gooey cookies in a sealed container.
If they last long enough!
