This is one of my favorite frozen drinks.
It’s great to have on a hot summer day, or to serve at a party!
RASPBERRY LIME SLUSH
2 C. sugar
3 1/2 C. water
1 C. Orange juice
1 (1-lb) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 (10-oz) pkgs. frozen raspberries
In a Saucepan, heat sugar and water; stir until sugar is dissolved completely.
Cool, then add orange juice, pineapple, and raspberries.
Stir until well mixed. Freeze, over night, stirring once while slushy.
To serve, scoop into a glass, and pour 7-Up over the top.
Add a slice of lime, if desired.
Makes about 16 small cups, when served with 7-up
