PIZZA POCKETS

I’ve been enjoying trying different recipes with Rhodes Roll Dough. It’s just really convenient, when you don’t have the time to make your own dough. Tonight I’m making Parmesan Breadsticks with Rhodes Roll dough…….so quick & easy. I will serve these with the Saucy Porkchops, green beans and a baked potato. Tomorrow, I plan to make Pizza Pockets. Quick & delicious. If you want to try these, below is the recipe. Next week, we can all start a diet!
Ingredients

 12 Rhodes Texas Rolls, thawed but still cold

1/2 cup pizza sauce
I posted a great sauce recipe previously
favorite pizza toppings
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

Roll or stretch each roll into a 5×7-inch rectangle. Place about 1 teaspoon sauce in the middle of each rectangle. Top with your favorite pizza toppings. Fold each 5-inch side, over the filling, to the middle and pinch all seams to seal. Place on a sprayed baking sheet, seam side down. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
