    In Texas (or I guess the South?) they call this Chicken Spaghetti. [I didn’t see where you’re from. I want to say Idaho? But that’s a shot in the dark] I’m from the West Coast, so when I moved to “The South’ I gained 10 pounds just from recipe. Dangerous.

    If I boil my own chicken I cook the noodles in the chicken stock. If I buy a rotisserie chicken I will add a bunch of spices and chicken base to my pasta water. I feel like it adds an extra dimension to this dish. Try it… I dare you =)ReplyCancel
