As you can tell, I like Pork Chops. One of my favorites is the slow-cooker Barbecue chops, but sometimes I forget to plan ahead. These are equally as easy & delicious, & you can just mix a few ingredients together, & pop them in the oven. So Good!
OVEN BARBECUE STYLE PORK CHOPS
YOU WILL NEED:
6 Center-cut pork chops, trimmed of the fat
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
one 14-1/2-ounce can crushed tomatoes
*I actually puree them even finer
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons prepared mustard
1/2 Teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown pork chops in oil. Drain, then place in a 13×9 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over the chops. Bake for 45 minutes, or until chops are tender.
