I don’t make these cookies very often.
Why not?
I love them.
I eat them.
They stay soft & chewy.
Therefore . . . I continue eating them!
I have posted this recipe before, but I’m trying to go back through some of my first posts and correct some very bad pictures! Don’t get me wrong, I still have much to learn, but the new pictures are slightly better. This cookie recipe . . . is really my favorite. Nuf said.

They look delicious. Thanks for the recipe. I will have to try it and make sure I pack some up for neighbors and friends so they don’t hang out in my kitchen too long. Otherwise I will end up eating them… and eating them… 😉
