This is a great way to serve cube steaks. Cube steak is usually one of the cheaper meat choices in the grocery store. We love it!

3/4 Cup Flour
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons garlic salt
6 – 5-ounce beef cube steaks
2 Tablespoons oil (like canola, Crisco, olive oil)
1 cup Ketchup
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons dry mustard

In a large Ziploc bag, combine flour, pepper, and garlic salt. Add the steaks one at a time, and shake to coat. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add steaks and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm. Stir remaining ingredients into the skillet to create a yummy sauce. Heat until warm and bubbly. Serve sauce on top of the steaks or pass for dipping. Serves 6
