MINI PIZZAS
This is another quick, easy recipe from my Rhodes Roll Cookbook.
This way, everyone gets to create a pizza, with the toppings that they like!
Ingredients:
8 Rhodes Texas Rolls or 16 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed and risen
spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce
grated mozzarella cheese
pizza toppings as desired:
pepperoni, sausage, ham, mushrooms, olives, onions, green peppers, etc.
Directions:
Stretch 1 Texas roll or 2 dinner rolls pressed together into a 6 inch to 8 inch circle. Place on a sprayed baking sheet. Spread each roll with sauce and cover with desired toppings. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400° F for 15 minutes.
