FUDGE . . . smooth as silk
Just in case you need to take something “sinfully sweet” to take to those New Years Eve Parties, this is just the ticket. This fudge is full-proof! I’ve never had it turn to sugar, and it’s really silky smooth. If you’re not a nut, then simply don’t add the nuts. Half and Half…..that’s what I do. I like to use Symphony Bar Chocolate, because it seems to make it extra smooth. Follow the recipe, and you just can’t mess it up. I like to keep this stored in a well sealed container in the fridge…..if it lasts that long!
