The longer you let this marinate, the better. It’s best if left over night. When grilling, sear the outside of the steak really good. I think those crusty burnt parts are the best part.
Flank Steak Marinade
Ingredients 1/4 cup soy sauce
2 T salad oil
2 T honey
1 T red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 t minced fresh ginger or 1/2 t ground ginger


Mix together.
Marinate 1 large flank steak for several hours or overnight with marinade.
Grill steak to your preference.
Let rest for 5 minutes.
