These are the easiest cookies you will ever make. They are so yummy.

Easy Coconut Macaroon’s
1 – 14 oz. package of Flaked Coconut
1 can of Eagle Brand Milk
* I use the Fat Free – green label
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. Almond Extract
Mix all together with a large spoon.
With these cookies, I like to use Parchment paper.
Drop on well greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 until very golden brown.
Remove immediately onto waxed paper to cool.
Store with loose cover.
These are also very good, drizzled with melted Chocolate
