EASY CHICKEN DUMPLINGS

Here is another easy throw together dish for dinner. It reminds me a little of Pot pie, but you use biscuits on the top, instead of making pie crust. It is simple & delicious.

YOU WILL NEED:

1 1/2 cups turkey or chicken breast, cubed
1 tablespoons dried onion
1 package bacon, fried and crumbled in pieces
1 large package frozen vegetables
*use a mixture that you family likes
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese (opt)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans biscuits

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients except biscuits together and place in baking dish. Place in 350 degree oven until hot, but not quite boiling. Remove from oven and place biscuits on top and bake at 350 degrees until biscuits are done through, and golden brown. *Sometimes I also place the grated cheese on top of the vegetable/soup mixture, then place the biscuits over the grated cheese, instead of stirring it through the soup mixture.
