CROCKPOT BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN

YOU WILL NEED:

 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
4 slices bacon
(*I brown my bacon slightly, but not crispy)
 8-10 slices ham or chipped beef
 1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
 or
 cream of Chicken soup
Directions:

Line bottom of crock pot with the ham. Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Combine the sour cream and mushroom soup; pour over the chicken breasts. Cook on low in the crock pot for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.

*Some slow cookers, get hotter than others. You want to cook the chicken until it is very tender and falls apart easily.
