This recipe is fun to throw together on one of those crazy nights, when you are running behind. It’s similar to pizza, but with a twist. You actually pour the crust on your baking sheet. Try it….you’ll like it. Add any toppings your family likes.

1 lb. ground beef or sausage
1 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 C. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
mixed with:
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded cheeses

Grease and flour a 15×10 inch jelly roll pan. Brown ground beef, season to taste and drain well. Blend flour, salt, pepper and oregano. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and milk. Add to dry ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle ground beef over the batter. Chopped onion, tomatoes, pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, bacon, pineapple etc…may be added. Bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven. Add pizza sauce and top with shredded cheeses. Return to oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
