This is really delicious…& super easy to make.


 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Dijon mustard
a sprinkle of Brown Sugar over each breast
 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce or barbecue sauce
 1/2 cup bacon bits or crispy fried bacon crumbled
 1/2 cup real grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of Mozzarella or cheddar cheese

 Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Place chicken in a 9×13 inch baking dish. With a knife, spread some mustard evenly over chicken, then pour teriyaki or barbecue sauce evenly over all. Sprinkle with brown sugar, bacon bits, then cover with parmesan cheese.
Bake covered at 375 degrees, for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender and done. Remove foil & cook uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, then remove from oven.
Sprinkle mozzarella or cheddar over the top, and return to the oven until melted & bubbly.
