This classic and old fashioned dessert using whipped cream, marshmallows, and canned cherry pie filling, is delicious. I found this recipe along with many other fabulous recipes that my Grandmother had written in a very old cookbook. She would make this dessert often, and we would race to her house to devour it. It’s light & fluffy, and you could even substitute different pie filling, such as blueberry.
