CHEESE TORTELLINI – CHICKEN OR HAM – VEGETABLE TOSS

This is a really good, & super easy 30 minute meal! I like to use the bags of frozen Cheese Tortellini – from Sam’s Club, but you can easily find it in the frozen section of the grocery store. The great thing about this dish, is that you can use chicken, ham, or I believe, that even ground beef would be good. *Substitute Alfredo Sauce for the Italian Sauce, & you have another scrumptious meal!

 Ingredients:

1 jar (1 lb. 9.75 oz.) Prego Italian Sauce
2 cups cooked cubed or shredded chicken breast
cubed ham is also delicious instead of the chicken
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination like: (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen cheese-filled tortellini, cooked and drained

Lots of Grated Parmesan cheese

 Directions

Heat the pasta sauce in a large skillet over medium, heat to a boil. Stir in the vegetables. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Stir in the cooked chicken pieces. Add the cooked tortellini. Toss to coat well. Serve with lots of grated Parmesan cheese on the top. Grated Mozzarella is also good. Great with Toasted Garlic Bread on the side, and a nice green salad.
