These are great to serve with soup! Quick & Easy.
1 loaf Rhodes Bread Dough, slightly thawed
1/4 to 1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Sprinkle sharp cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt on counter top or breadboard. Cut loaf of bread dough in half lengthwise and widthwise. Cut each section into 8 thin pieces, ending up with 32 pieces.Roll each piece to 15 inches in length. Brush with butter and then roll in cheese/salt mixture.Place on large sprayed cookie sheet. Let rise for 15 minutes. Bake at 375°F 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
