Combine ingredients in large bowl. Working in two batches, pulse ingredients in food processor until chocolate is finely ground. Store in airtight container for up to 3 months. To make hot cocoa, stir 1/3 cup of this mix into 1 cup of hot milk. Top with whipped cream or mini marshmallows.
BEST EVER HOT COCOA MIX
In Idaho, it’s COLD, SNOWY and New Years Eve today! Can you believe that tomorrow we will be ringing in a brand new 2010 year. I’ve taken down Christmas and packed it all away, and I always have that slightly bummed feeling. There is such a rush trying to make things just right, and then….all of a sudden….it’s over!
I need to get our taxes in order, but today is just not going to be that day. Today I plan to sip this wonderful hot chocolate floating with white chocolate, marshmallows, and topped with Real Whipped Cream. I’m going to sit by my warm fire, and meditate about how “blessed I am.” That sounds a lot better than taxes.
This Hot Cocoa is really delish. I’ve wanted to make this mix from Cook’s Country for a while now. I just happened to have white chocolate on hand, and it makes the cocoa dreamy smooth. Make your mix today, and you will stay warm through our long, cold winters. If you are sitting on a beach somewhere warm….well then, this might not be for you!

I love chocolate, prepared in every possible way!!Thank you for this wonderful recipe!!!
Love it! This is a great and easy recipe! 1/3 cup per 1 cup of milk was a little too chocolate-y for my kids, but I loved it! I will reduce the amount of mix for them while keeping it the same for me!!! Thanks so much!
