BAR – B – Q CHICKEN BAKE!
*This is fast and easy, and Oh So Good!
Serve it with a green salad and French Bread
Barbecue Chicken Bake
6-8 chicken breasts
1 (14-oz) bottle of ketchup
1 (10 3/4-oz) can tomatoe soup, undiluted
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (8-oz.) can pineapple tidbits, with the juice.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place the chicken pieces in 9×13 inch pan;
mix remaining ingredients in bowl and pour over the chicken.
Cover with foil, and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour,
or until chicken is very tender.
Now…Uncover and bake an additional
15-20 minutes, while sauce thickens and gets darker in color.
Serves 6-8 people
