This recipe has been making the rounds on Pinterest, but I believe it originated from Big Oven. This is one of those dinners that you can throw together in 30 minutes! I’m grilling through the snow, hail, rain and mostly the wind! It’s also fun to make Beef or Chicken Kabobs . . . layer some veggies in between if you like…. .jpg) Some like it hot, Some like it cold, Some like it in the pot . . . nine days old. I just like mine on chips! Admit it, you either like Salsa or you reject it . . . flat out. I have a four year old Grandson, who would pour it on his cereal…  Guess what? I got the AFTER picture of the Beef Kabobs. Last night, I explained that I was only able to take the BEFORE picture on the grill. Well, I asked my husband what he wanted for tonights dinner, and he wanted the same thing we had last night. This time, I was able to…  Last night, I decided to make beef kabobs. I took a BEFORE picture while grilling, but somehow didn’t get a chance to take the AFTER picture, before the husband devoured them. These are so good! We don’t do anything fancy with a combo of veggies and beef, because the veggies always seem to cook faster…  This recipe is one I have not tried yet, but my Daughter, Brandi said it is “absolutely delish!” They had this while camping, and grilled the chicken after it had marinated overnight. The chicken was fall apart tender, and everyone raved about it. I do believe that steak or pork would also be very good…
