Combine ingredients in large bowl. Working in two batches, pulse ingredients in food processor until chocolate is finely ground. Store in airtight container for up to 3 months. To make hot cocoa, stir 1/3 cup of this mix into 1 cup of hot milk. Top with whipped cream or mini marshmallows.
In Idaho, it’s COLD, SNOWY and New Years Eve today! Can you believe that tomorrow we will be ringing in a brand new 2010 year. I’ve taken down Christmas and packed it all away, and I always have that slightly bummed feeling. There is such a rush trying to make things just right, and then….all of a sudden….it’s over!
I need to get our taxes in order, but today is just not going to be that day. Today I plan to sip this wonderful hot chocolate floating with white chocolate, marshmallows, and topped with Real Whipped Cream. Makes about 20 servings
3 cups nonfat dry milk
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 1/2 cups Dutch-processed cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1/4 teaspoon salt
