Here is another super easy Slow Cooker Recipe. I use boneless, skinless chicken tenders, but you could also use chicken breast halves as well.
YOU WILL NEED:
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
cut chicken breasts in half
1 Cup packed brown sugar
2/3 C. vinegar
1/4 C. sprite or lemon lime soda
1 to 2 tsp. minced garlic
Add more if desired
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
Place chicken in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover, cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. To thicken sauce, combine 1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch with 2 Tbsp of cold water and slow whisk into the crock pot.
