I have to be careful when I make this, because I can eat it all by myself! It is one of my favorite salads, and it’s so simple to prepare.
YOU WILL NEED:
4 lg. spears fresh broccoli, chopped in little pieces
2 pounds bacon, fried crisp, drained, and crumbled
1 red onion, finely chopped
2 pounds pasta of your choice, cooked and drained
1 cup honey roasted sunflower seeds
1 recipe Pasta Dressing (see below)
Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour Pasta Dressing over top and gently stir. Chill for several hours. Makes 12 servings.
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup sugar
Combine ingredients. Stir well.
